A Praying Life
2nd & 4th Tuesdays 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Are you ready for a new level of earnest, passionate, God-size prayers? It Happens After Prayer will guide you into a stronger, more meaningful prayer time with the Father. Meets in the library (end of hall in adult wing) at church.

Tuesdays Noon-1:30 p.m.
Find out what it takes to communicate the Good News in your world...right where you live. Bring your own lunch and we’ll get right down to business! Meets in the Fellowship Hall.

Join us for traditional hymn singing, rotating teaching time, & fellowship with one another. We will meet around the piano in the Fellowship Hall.

Discover the practices of great leadership. Practical ideas for leading in the home, at work, or at church! This group meets at Bob Evans on SR 46. Call church office to find out the next meeting time.
Thursdays 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Ruth was a Gentile who married a Jew and became an ancestress of the Messiah. Esther was a Jewess who married a Gentile and was used of God so that the Messiah could be born. Both women were committed to do the will of God. Meets at Phil and Jane Newton’s house. Contact them to participate.

This Connection Group is open to married couples of all ages, engaged couples, and those considering marriage. Please sign up at the Welcome Center.
Calling men of all ages! Join us at 8:00AM in the Fellowship Hall on the last Saturday monthly for breakfast and Alter Ego.
During our sessions together, we will continue our look at Samson’s life and learn to defeat the enemies that make strong men weak. Discover victory over weaknesses and becoming the men God made us to be.
Besides monthly breakfasts, we will plan other events for growth and fellowship throughout the year so watch our calendar. Contact Brian Gilroy for more information.

Women’s Ministry at Garden City Church have as their goal a commitment to helping the women of the church grow in their relationship with God and one another. The ministry provides opportunities for learning, fellowship, and service to develop these relationships, through such things as Bible studies, special events, service opportunities, and retreats. This ministry is active and a great place to grow and serve. Monthly planning meetings are held the first Thursday of every month @ 4:15PM. Men & Women
Calling all golfers for a round at Clifty Creek on Saturdays,
April 29, May 20, June 17, July 15, & August 12. Arrive at 7:30AM—tee-off at 8:00AM. Cost is $30/person. We will play a scramble format with a shotgun start. Invite a friend and make plans to be there! Sign up at the Welcome Center or contact Joe Clark if you plan to attend.
2017 Senior Saints in the Smokies
Attention seniors age 50 and up: Come with us to Johnson University near Knoxville, TN from June 5-9 for this— Senior Saints in the Smokies event with a Hawaiian Luau theme. Cost is $250 (includes on-site food, lodging, & entertainment). Payment needed by Sunday, April 2 with check made out to Johnson University. Sign up at the Welcome Center.
